We run to help

On 4th of September 2016 the third edition of charity event Poland Business Run took place in 7 cities in Poland. The run was organized by the Jasiek Mela “Beyond Horizons” foundation and its purpose was to support it’s beneficents. This year also Matex Controls’ employees attended the race in Warsaw . The run was the relay race, the distance to cover for a single runner was 4.2 km, which gives a total of 21 km for the whole team.

Willingness to help from the Matex Controls’ staff was so great that we managed to make up two teams. The run was attended by a total of 703 relays and our representatives succeeded in gaining 21st (team called Matex Controls) and 87th place (Matex Runners). Taking into account that it was our debut and we did not have too much time for preparation and training, we are very proud of the result.

Our employees have announced that they will train hard throughout the year, in order to achieve even better results in a future edition of the run. Matex Controls as the company is also very eager to support this noble cause again!
