Building’s description:
Rondo I consists of two buildings: a forty-storey glazed tower (building B) located parallel to the Jana Pawła II Avenue and lower, ten-story building A with the facades of opaque frosted glass, located on Swietokrzyska Street. The building was given to use in 2006. As Europe’s first skyscraper Rondo I has been certified LEED Gold in the category of “Existing Buildings” and was the first in Warsaw offers an AAA class areas.

Modernized area:

Ground floor – COSTA COFFEE
Area of modernization: 184,5 sq. m
Date of modernization: 20^th of January 2015 – 28^th of January 2015

Scope of work:

• Execution of project’s documentation of vases with experts’ arrangements of scripted space for sprinkler’s system,
• Modernization of the sprinkler’s system and the supply of sprinkler heads and piping,
• Execution of complete as-built documentation containing all required protocols and expert’s arrangements.

Floors 2, 3 and 4 – VOLKSWAGEN BANK
Area of modernization: 400 sq. m
Date of modernization: 18^th of December 2014 – 27^th of January 2014; 20^th of May 2014 – 24^th of June 2014; 15^th of April 2015 – 31st of May 2015

Scope of work:

• Execution of project’s documentation of vases with experts’ arrangements of scripted space for comfort ventilation’s and smoke exhaust’s installations, water and sewage, heating and cooling and sprinkler’s installations,
• Modernization of the comfort ventilation’s and smoke exhaust’s installations, water and sewage system, heating and
• cooling’s and sprinkler’s installations,
• Delivery and installation of system’s new components and equipment such as: fan coil units, air diffusers, exhaust air elements, ventilation equipment, smoke canals, fire dampers, water heaters, sprinkler heads, boxes, piping, technical insulation,
• Measurements and control of comfort ventilation’s and smoke exhaust’s installations and heating and cooling system, pressure tests of heating and cooling and sprinkler’s and hydrant’s installations,
• Execution of complete as- built documentation containing all required protocols and experts’ arrangements.

• Implementation of temperature’s monitoring system in the server room by using sensors and GSM gateways – information via SMS to excessive temperature in the room,
• Measurements and control of comfort ventilation’s and smoke exhaust’s installations and heating and cooling system, test of vacuum and pressure precision air conditioning’s system,
• Execution of complete as- built documentation containing all required protocols and experts’ arrangements.
