Hotel Bristol Warsaw – 5-star hotel in Warsaw, opened in 1901, part of the Luxury Collection chain. The building is covered by the supervision of the Conservator of Monuments. This is the oldest operating hotel in Warsaw. The hotel has 168 rooms, 38 suites, 2 restaurants, a spa, several bars and cafes.
Scope of work:
- Modernization of the automation installation of air conditioning in the hotel rooms designed to save energy and improving user’s comfort,
- Replacement of lighting fixtures to LED in spa rooms, Wine Bar, Reception, Lobby, and Column Bar,
- Implementation of new electrical systems, LAN for modernized parts of the hotel
- Execution of installation of lighting control with connection to BMS- KNX and Siemens systems,
- Implementaion of electrical switchgear for selected zones,
- Implementation of a comprehensive as-built documentation,
All the work carried out during the normal functioning of the hotel.
