Installation of heating and cooling, ventilation, air conditioning, water and sewerage, fire protection and precision air-conditioning for Google server room.
Scope of work:
- The project covered floors: +6, +7, +8, +10,
- Disassembly works of mechanical installations in the area of Tenant,
- Implementation of ventilation and air conditioning on the surface of Tenant: +6, +7, +8, +10,
- Installation of mechanical smoke and aeration ventilation for areas on floors +7, +8, +10,
- Implementation of the ventilation system in the kitchen and the restaurant on floor no 7 and a delivery of ventilation,
- Cooling systems in the area of lease (Rooms IDF / MDF) – precision AC of server room on floors 8, 10
- Cooling systems in the area of rental (room IDF +7)
- Installations of condensate cooling devices (DX air conditioners, air-conditioning cabinets)
- Installations of Freon air conditioners DX type
- Installations of heating water for secondary heaters’ devices with FPT, VAV, CAV on floors 8, 10
- Installations of heating water for the radiators on the floors of +6, +7, along with radiators,
- Chilled water systems for two-pipe fan coils on the floor +7 with FCU,
- Execution of cooling junction for cooling systems with fan coil units on level +7,
- Installation of cold and hot and circulating water, along with the junction preparation of hot tap water on levels +7, +8, +10,
- Installation of domestic waste water on levels +6, +7, +8, +10
- Installation of fat sewerage on levels: +6, +7
- Installation of sprinkler and hydrant systems (standard NFPA) on floors +7, +8, +10
- Installation of compressed air at the floor +7 Fitness technology,
- Cleaning of executed ventilation on levels +6, +7, +8, +10,
- Execution of fire protection of mechanical installations,
- Execution of measurements and adjustment of ventilation, heating and cooling and water and sewege air-conditioning according to the requirements of LEED certification,
- Developing documentation on the implementation according to the needs of LEED certification,
- Testing the installation in accordance with the requirements of the user and the requirements of LEED certification,
- Preperation of as-built documentation in accordance with the requirements of LEED certification.
