Matex Controls changed its name to Dalkia Polska Solutions

As of September 9, 2019 Matex Controls Sp. z o.o. changed its name to Dalkia Polska Solutions Sp. z o.o.

This change represents continuation of the rebranding process started last year by the Dalkia Group in  Poland with the purpose of connecting the Polish subsidiaries under a common brand. Our email addresses were changed from the previous domain @matexcontrols.pl to @dalkia.com and our website address www.matexcontrols.pl was replaced by www.dalkiapolskasolutions.com.

The Company registration details remain unchanged.

The change of the Company’s name does not impact the validity and continuity of legal relations between the Company and its business partners, in particular with respect to contracts durability.
