Dalkia Polska Solutions deals with comprehensive design, construction and maintenance of technical installations in public, commercial and industrial buildings.

We provide services of comprehensive construction and fit-out space arrangement in the design & build system. We carry out construction and assembly work, comprehensively carry out internal installations, and provide and install equipment for commercial spaces.

We offer a set of innovative solutions for managing energy consumption in buildings, including VEMS © system (Virtual Energy Management System), which optimizes energy consumption in over 60 buildings / facilities (cinemas, stadiums, etc.) in Poland and abroad (Czech Republic, Slovakia, USA).

The Research & Development Department at Dalkia Polska Solutions creates innovative and proprietary solutions in the field of modern, intelligent systems and applications that help users move around in commercial buildings and improve working conditions in the office (Well-Building Standard and People Flow solutions).

Dalkia Polska Solutions is an interdisciplinary team of engineers and experts. We employ over 100 employees. We have completed over 2000 projects. We provide services throughout Poland and abroad (Lithuania, England, Germany, France, Czech Republic, Saudi Arabia, Taiwan, USA).

 

OUR HISTORY

From one-man activity to an international group

 

Matex Controls was established in 2003 as a one-man design office for building automation. The originator and founder is Marcin Michalski. The dynamic development of the business in terms of the scale and range of services related to the infrastructure of commercial buildings led to the establishment of a capital company Matex Control Sp. z o.o. in 2011, co-founded by Marcin Michalski and Radosław Stojek. From 2017, there is one entity – Matex Controls Sp. z o.o.

 

MATEX CONTROLS A PART OF THE DK ENERGY POLSKA GROUP

Matex Controls is part of the DK Energy Poland Group – a Polish subsidiary of Dalkia SA, a member of the French EDF Group. The company’s acquisition took place in September 2017 and is aimed at extending the offer of energy services and innovative solutions in the area of energy efficiency for DK Energy Poland. Joining the DK Energy Poland Group allows Matex Controls to continue its development in the range of services offered and innovative solutions in the field of energy management systems in buildings and implementation of complex projects in the design & build concept.

DK Energy Poland, established in 2014, is a Polish subsidiary of Dalkia SA, a company from the EDF group, and is responsible for all activities of the Dalkia Group in Poland: heating and cooling networks, energy services for buildings, energy services for industry, waste utilization for energy production (through TIRU SA, a subsidiary of Dalkia SA) etc.

Dalkia SA, a subsidiary of the EDF group, is one of the leaders of energy services in France. The company also operates in the United States, Great Britain, Ireland, Russia and Poland. Dalkia SA currently manages the production and distribution of energy in 353 heating and cooling networks. The Group also provides energy solutions for 2 million apartments, 2 800 health care facilities and 16 600 service and commercial facilities, and offers a wide range of services (heating, air conditioning, compressed air, steam, cogeneration, maintenance of industrial equipment and others) in 2,100 plants industrial.

Matex Controls was awarded the title of Business Gazelle 2016 – a prestigious ranking of the most dynamically developing small and medium enterprises in Poland, organized by Puls Biznesu in cooperation with Coface Poland. According to the Matex Controls ranking, it took 76 place for over 4,000 qualified entities. In the Mazowieckie voivodeship the company was classified in the top ten.
